Fact Find

The Fact Find where we get to know you, your proposed project and what's involved. The more we learn here the better advice we can give you and the quicker the process is. Commercial lending tends to be much more complex than residential - but Liquid advisers have decades of experience sourcing finance for a wide range of projects. We'll ask the right questions so we can assess your proposal against the lending criteria from the various providers.



With all the data collected, it's time to find a lender to apply for an approval. We discuss with you which lender will suit your specific situation - and present you with your options. We'll engage with the lenders on your behalf, working out which will give you the best terms for your project, and work with you to present the information together into an application that will be favourably considered by the lenders.



We will work with the lender to get the best possible rates, but more importantly we will work with you to determine the best loan structure for the project. Sometimes, going interest only for 5 years isn't your best option - it all comes down to what we decided together during the fact find.



Congrats, your project is funded! We'll keep in touch regularly to see how the project is going and if we can be of any further assistance with things like insurance or putting you in touch with the professionals you'll need to get everything completed. We'll also be in touch when it's time to refix - and you can contact us any time.
