If you've never used an adviser before - you might be wondering why you wouldn't just go straight to the bank to get your loan. The list of benefits is quite long - so the best thing to do is get started!

Bank employees are not trained (and some are not even allowed) to give this kind of advice. You’ll most likely get a loan, but that’s all you’ll get!

Not every borrower is created equal, just like not all the banks are created equal. Finding the right fit can be crucial, not only for what interest you’ll pay, but for finding the bank that will let you have the structure you want on the property you want.

Continued education is highly important to me. I’m a Chartered Accountant and have completed a Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning). With these credentials, clients can be confident that their financial needs will be appropriately assessed prior to making a final recommendation.

On the weekend you can usually find me developing the rural lifestyle property in Albany I live on with my wife Gail. I have three children and recently became a grandfather to my second grandchild!
